Drinking Lots of Water Does Create Healthier Skin and Prevents Acne.

Hi, I am 18 years old I a suffered from acne for almost 2 years and after a lot of research I finally figured out how to rid of my acne. I decided to create a blog to share my knowledge on how I did so. My first piece of advice is to drink lots of water.

I always heard drinking water helped your skin so I would drink some water everyday but not much. I never really took that advice real seriously because it just sounded too easy, been there? I finally started drinking lots of water because I was getting dehydrated at practice. I would wake up in the morning and drink 1-1.5 gallons of water every morning so I could stay hydrated. Within 2-3 days I noticed a huge difference in my skin, after 2 weeks I didn’t break out for the rest of the season.

Now this is way I know it works – after the season ended I stopped drinking all that water in the morning and I started breaking out again. It wasn’t as bad as before but I went from zero break outs to a break out every few days.

I know drinking 1-1.5 gallons of water everyday sounds like a big pain but it’s worth it. You can start out small like making it a habit of drinking a glass or two every morning and see if it helps. I know everyone has different skin and not everything works for each individual but this helped him so it should be worth a shot.
